According to the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, the region is currently undergoing medical examination of children. Doctors imported from the russian federation are trying to "find" as many pathologies as possible.
Thousands of children aged 2 to 17 have already been given "in-depth medical examinations".
In the examination documents, russian doctors claim that allegedly 70% of minors need "special medical care", which should be provided on the territory of the russian federation.
The Center of National Resistance claims that these "medical reports" are needed to carry out the deportation of children to the territory of the russian federation.
Such actions of the aggressor fall under the definition of the crime of genocide according to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.
I appeal to the UN Commission to Investigate Human Rights Violations during the russian military invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of russian genocide against the people of Ukraine.
