In the morning, it is already known about the death of 35 innocent people, including two children.

According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Valentin Reznichenko, 39 residents of the building were saved during the 40-hour search and rescue operation in Dnipro.

75 people were injured, including 14 children. The fate of another 35 residents of the building is unknown. The search continues.

72 apartments were previously destroyed and more than 230 apartments were damaged. Approximately 3,780 tons of destroyed structures and 39 damaged cars were removed.

Currently, there is not a single norm of international humanitarian law that would not be violated by a terrorist state. And for every such violation, for every crime, the occupiers must bear the strictest responsibility!

I appeal to the UN Commission for the Investigation of Human Rights Violations during the russian military invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of russian crimes and violations of human rights in Ukraine.

I call on international partners to provide Ukraine with more weapons to protect against terrorist acts of the russian federation!
