4,390 citizens of Ukraine are currently considered missing and are wanted.

According to Oleg Kotenko, the Commissioner for the Issues of Persons Disappeared Under Special Circumstances, 10-12% of them are civilians, the rest are military personnel.

13,835 cases have been opened to search for missing persons.

539 bodies of the dead from the temporarily occupied territories and 2,026 bodies from the territories of combat zones have been searched and returned.

So far, 1,308 civilians who were forcibly deported to the russian federation or were in temporarily occupied territories, and 965 military personnel who were for some time without contact in territories not under the control of the Government of Ukraine have been independently found.

163 people who were in captivity and have been released have been searched.

The aggressor's army captures and kills Ukrainians every day, hiding the consequences of their crimes in mass graves and destroying the bodies.

And every rashist will answer for these crimes against humanity - who gave the orders and who carried them out.

I appeal to the UN Commission for the Investigation of Human Rights Violations during the russian military invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of russian crimes and violations of human rights in Ukraine.
