Currently, local residents have begun to notice FSB employees dressed in civilian clothes walking around public places of settlements eavesdropping on residents' conversations.

There is an especially large number of such "spies" at mornings and other places of trade.

They detect groups of people who are talking to each other and trying to join the conversation or simply listen to it.

In this way, pro-Ukrainian sentiments and our patriots are revealed.

This is another manifestation of violation of russian the norms of Articles 18 and 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which guarantees everyone freedom of thought, speech and belief, and Article 32 of the Geneva Convention on the Protection of the Civilian Population in Time of War, which prohibits repression against residents of temporarily occupied territories.

I appeal to the UN Commission to Investigate Human Rights Violations during the russian military invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of russian human rights violations in Ukraine.
