In particular, in Novopskov, Starobil district, Luhansk region, in the premises of the local maternity hospital, the occupiers deployed a "field hospital" where more than 300 servicemen and mercenaries of private military companies are being treated.

The situation is similar in the central hospital of Nizhny Sirogozy settlement of Kherson region. Only the personnel of the russian occupying forces are now being treated in captured medical facilities.

Locals are not allowed to visit them, they are not provided with medical assistance. In addition, to provide medical aid to their wounded soldiers, the russian occupiers are equipping kindergartens as field hospitals.

Occupiers violate the right of residents of the temporarily occupied territories to health care and medical care, which are guaranteed by Articles 50, 55 and 56 of the Geneva Convention on the Protection of the Civilian Population in Time of War.

I appeal to the UN Commission to Investigate Human Rights Violations during the russian military invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of russian human rights violations in Ukraine.
